Let me be your design muse!
Many people have a difficult time envisioning the possibiities with their new or existing home. This comes naturally to me, when I walk into a space my mind automatically goes into design mode, a wall removed, a few tweaks and it's a completely new space.
I am often asked by my real estate clients to give them ideas of a homes potential.
From simply giving you ideas for an hour to holding your hand and guiding you through a complete renovation, as much or as little as you need I am happy to accommodate your needs.
My initial one hour muse fee is $350.00, this is when you will get all my great ideas and suggestions. Additional hours are purchased in advance from $60.00 to $100.00 per hour.
The more hours you book the lower the rate.
20 hours - $1,200, 10 hours - $800.00, 1 hour - $100.00

I love to shop!
From researching to purchasing my goal is to find the best and most suitable product for your remodel.
I am a bargain hunter with a personal goal of getting the look you want for the best price.
My purchasing fee is 20% of purchase price or 50% of savings, whichever is greater. Savings is based on amount below full retail price or original asking price for used items.
The more I save you, the happier I am ;-)
